Airport Pickup Explained: Meeting Your Driver and What Happens if Your Flight Is Late

A pre-booked airport pickup should make your arrival easier, not raise new questions. This guide explains how meeting your driver works, what happens when your flight is delayed and what to keep in mind when booking.
Where does my driver meet me?
Your driver waits at the exit of the arrivals area – after passport control and baggage claim – holding a sign with the name you entered when booking. The meet-up instructions are also included in your booking confirmation, so you can check them before you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. Drivers follow your flight and adjust the pickup to the actual landing time, so you do not need to call anyone if you are late.
How much waiting time is included?
- Airport pickups: 1 hour of free waiting time.
- City pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting time.
That is usually enough to collect your luggage and walk to the arrivals exit without rushing.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 1 hour before the pickup time.

- Enter your flight number so your pickup follows the real arrival time.
